On 15th March, 2021, the project team held an online project meeting. Participants include the project managers of each partner.
At the meeting, the UK partners of the project gave a presentation on the specific content and work plan of the project. Our Chinese partners’ reporesentative introduced the research and market analysis of Chinese partners in the field of agriculture in China, as well as some possible specific needs in this project.
The second half of the meeting, the UK partners discussed the future work arrangements, cooperation matters, financial plans and other issues.
All participants unanimously agree that, consistent with the project plan, the main task of the current stage is to collect, investigate and analyse the user requirements for the project, and make adequate preparations for the next stage of system design. The needs analysis of this project will be completed within three months. The first project milestone, ‘A comprehensive user requirement report’, will be output in June of this year.
