We organised an International meeting with the representatives of Chinese partners, officials of the agricultural department of Bozhou City Government, the farm managers/advisors, and the representatives of farms. The meeting allowed all relevant personnel from the targets farms to deepen their understanding of the project, it also allows the project developers to better understand the actual user needs from the target farms.
The video record of this meeting is saved in the project database, and there is a TV news from China (Anhui) official TV station as well. The project was introduced to the invited audience and the questionnaires were discussed and any issues resolved.
