Strict project planning and project management are the fisrt step of project success. After the long period of preparation, a solid scientific research foundation, and sufficient funding, the project has finally officially started.
For project management, we have formulated a complete project plan and timetable. All partners have clear division of responsibilities. A Project Steering Committee is formed, which is ultimate decision-making Board of the participants of the project.
A rigorous project timetable is established with several working packages. All partners will ensure the smooth execution of the project development work according to this schedule.
